So recently i found this german Gr.z 14 N/a fuze☆ (T.T.G 17)
Nothing special , but the question is :
Whats the purpouse of this big back screw , wich cant be seen at the scheme , and why does the gas exsit hole have a screw in it?
I mean its obviously not a leftovers of the protection ring...

The GrZ 14 n/A fuse has its tapered part initially covered by a steel plate fixed by 2 screws.
What you see are the remnants of that steel plate and the screws that held it together.
