At Delcampe there are a number of pictures for sale showing a patrol boat on a big river, damaged probably by a collision:

Very probably the ship the boat collided with was the "Onward":

The damage to "Onward" and the patrol boat was estimated to being about 10.000 pound sterling, and the name of the boat is mentioned here, too, but I'm not able to read it

I can read "Cost will be 10,000 £ to cover loss on this & the Queen".
There is a "Folkestone" mark on the stamp, but I cannot read the year.

Apparemment, le paquebot Onward faisait la traversée Boulogne-Folkestone dans les années 1900.

Merci. Trés probablement "Onward" était un fausse piste
