juste pour précisions et les lecteurs assidus du forum :
l'artillerie à cheval de la 2e Division de Cavalerie (2e DC) est rattachée depuis peu (01.10.1900) au 39e RAC auparavant elles étaient attachées au 8e RAC
L'artillerie à cheval 2e DC est stationnée à Lunéville.

Puis le 01.10.1907 l'artillerie à cheval de la 2e DC, toujours stationnée à Lunéville, elle retourne au 8e RAC, jusqu'au début de la Grande Guerre.

Avec les uniformes et le matériel et les numéros de régiment d'artillerie, cela peut apporter des précisions pour dater les photographies.

Just for clarification, and for the regular readers of the forum: the horse artillery of the 2nd Cavalry Division (2nd DC) was recently attached (October 1, 1900) to the 39th RAC; previously, it was attached to the 8th RAC. The 2nd DC horse artillery is stationed in Lunéville.
Then, on October 1, 1907, the horse artillery of the 2nd Cavalry Division, still stationed in Lunéville, returned to the 8th Artillery Regiment, where it remained until the beginning of the Great War. Along with the uniforms, equipment, and artillery regiment numbers, this information can help date the photographs.
