The parts are similar to german 98/09 , fk 96 n.a quadrants

One auction states that it belongs to Kriegsmarine .

For example picture of 105 mm howitzer quadrant is attached.

I still dont get it.
They also have hz 05 gr lb , fuze with same marking..
