Xavier, good morning. I have the requested photo, but for some reason can't get it to show up on this forum. Several of my contacts in Italy, including some members of an Alpini Veteran's group, have identified this as an Italian Alpini uniform. This would fit, since it appears that she supported them in the fighting in the Dolomites. If you will send me your email address, I will send it to you directly. Doc
