La peine est rayée après 5 ans sans récidive selon la loi du 23 mars 1891 par l'Officier Délégué et je pense qu'il a signé par-dessus.
The sentence is canceled after 5 years without recidivism according to the law of March 23, 1891 (Law Berenger) by the Delegate Officer and I think he signed above.
