Question about 222e RIT (Rouen)

I have a copy of an 2002 e-mail from the old Histoforums website about the 222e RIT which said " Le 222e RIT a ete cree en 1915 a Rouen avec des bataillons de territoriaux de plusieurs regiments disponsibles".

Please could someone tell me -

1. The date the 222e was formed? (The JMO I have seen starts in 1916) and

2. What were the territorial battalions that were used to form the regiment?
