My knowledge of French is very limited I am afraid. I have looked at the links, but have not been able to find an exact explanation of the barrack color code system. Is it mentioned in the bulletins that were posted?

In the United States there is a website called; "Newspapers.com". Is there a similar website in France? The reason I am asking is perhaps there are newspaper articles that might specifically explain the exact color coding of the la Chapelle barracks.
